Learning a single simplified business analysis process is not enough for your BA career.

There are many different ways to learn business analysis, but not approaches are made the same.

In this session, I’ll walk everyone through a BA process that is taught and highlight some of the pitfalls of learning things in this oversimplified manner.

I’ll also walk through an alternative BA process that can fill many of the gaps that the oversimplified process leaves behind.

This will be an open lecture format session where I’ll be walking the participants through the materials I want to cover and fielding any questions and comments you may have in real-time (just like a university or college lecture).
