We offer a 15-day refund period for the purchases you make. You do not have to provide any reason to be eligible for a refund. You are entitled to a full refund as long as you meet the eligibility conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY
1. You must request your money back within 15 days of the purchase.
2. For online courses, you must have completed no more than 50% of the course content to be eligible for a refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
You may request your refund by submitting an email to SUPPORT@LEARN.BA indicating clearly that you are requesting a refund. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase.
ONCE REFUNDED
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
