What you'll do:

Collect data on workflow and process through database queries and/or time studies
Analyze store performance on key workflow metrics (e.g. processing times, lead times, quality)
Create foundational data sets to improve visibility into store workflow (e.g. hourly demand and workload heatmaps)
Devise and test scheduling models to promote effective deployment of labour to meet medication and service demand
Provide input on design requirements for decision support tools (planning, BI, scheduling, sensitivity)
Gather feedback from broader Pharmacy teams to understand nuances in business operations and stakeholder needs

What you bring:

Working towards or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related field
